Peer observation

The session aims to encourage the participants’ share their varying expertise and their different experiences of teaching/being observed/observing by playing an active role and discussing ideas, in order to enrich their repertoire of teaching and observation skills, and at the same time support each other. The prospective participants may want to bring in examples of their observations (as observer and/or observee) or teaching scenarios which they find critical.

During the session, an example of cross-curricular online observation will be shared and discussed with participants.
