This is a course for absolute beginners of Czech. No prior knowledge of the language is required. Starting level is A0

Learning outcomes:
After completing the course, students can understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases aimed at meeting specific types of needs. They can introduce themselves and others, and can ask and answer questions about personal details such as where they live, people they know, and things they have. They can introduce themselves in a simple way and communicate about introductions, orientation in the town, restaurants, and family, provided the other person speaks slowly and clearly and is ready to help (according to CEFR, for details click here).

Students who wish to continue will have the option of enrolling in the Unlock your Czech for Elementary course with starting level A1/1 after completing the course or they can choose from the courses already offered by our language centre.
