Italian for beginners (level A1) is a course aimed at those who already know a few Italian phrases. The course develops all linguistic competences (reading, writing, speaking and listening) with an emphasis on communication and comprehension. In the course you will learn the basics of this beautiful language in spoken and written form, and you will also learn more about Italian culture and society. By the end of the course, you will be able to talk about yourself, learn basic phrases that you can use in everyday situations (e.g. in a restaurant, bar, hotel, shop) during your travels in Italy, and learn to understand simple answers.

The course is taught in English.
