The following course builds on previous Colourful Czech courses and is intended for all students who reach the A1 level in Czech. The course should prepare students for the A2 exam.  

The teaching method is focused on communication and speaking activities, practicing grammatical phenomena specific to Czech and functional expansion of vocabulary. 

Course participants can expect topics such as weather, advanced expression of personal preferences (likes and dislikes), creation of commands and prohibitions and reactions to them. 

Part of the course is also practicing inflection, which we have dealt with so far marginally: genitive, local and instrumental.
