How to give (and receive) peer feedback more effectively

Effective peer feedback plays a vital role in quality management for instructors at the university level. When done well, it can motivate staff and strengthen work relationships. This workshop is for those looking to expand their feedback repertoire, concentrating specifically on how to (1) structure sessions, (2) ensure an optimal exchange of knowledge, and (3) create an actionable plan for implementing what has been discussed.
Although this workshop assumes participants have previous experience with peer feedback, newcomers are also welcome.
